3.I got it for the words : I want to play a game that i have fun with ! Not a day job that i paid for !

That was on 08/01/2014.Also i got it because many agreed with my words.
4.Also i said that if they don’t stop using this paywall system.I will sue them for insult,not delivering on what is on the box,scam practice and not revealing their business practices to their customers.Something that most people are protected from no matter what is the product.

You got the backpack by mistake, it has happened before with many items that where mailed to players. Support usually says keep it and enjoy it as a free gift. It was not given to you because of anything you said, it was an error, not a bribe. FYI, this happened with the karka event, and continues to happen with the digital deluxe chests.

Making threats to sue is grounds to have all future support ignored. If you threaten to sue, support has no choice but to forward any support requests or other communications to their legal department so you may want to be careful making threats.

It’s amazing, a player gets a free gift in game, blows it all out of proportion and nearly has a melt down, because he got a free gift. How DARE anet be so evil, sending free gifts to players! ;-)

Sounds to me like their grammar might be perfect in another language. There are other more productive ways to vent criticism.

This is just a mistake- make a support ticket if you really want to or just delete the back pack.
It is hardly a plot against you, I don’t get why you are so upset about it

Obviously there was a error in the trading post description about the backpack and the mini. What it should have said was, Buy 400 gems to get the backpack and 2000 gems to get Mr Sparkles OR say something bad about us in the forum so that we will tried to bribe you by sending you the backpack. 

If only I had known this, I could have saved myself $10.   :/

I wonder if it’s to late to try for Mr Sparkles. Can anyone suggest a topic that ANet will try to bribe me with a free mini pet if I post it?

Based on the country,my country tends to be a bit more sensitive when it come to insults (particularly derogatory comments about race, gender, sexuality etc.). Most countries have some laws against slander or hate speech. Although what OP is talking about doesn’t have much merit since there frankly seems to be no insult directed at him, he’s feeling insulted all on his own. Probably an ego thing.
