are these stats available in game or not yet release?

I was actually interested in finding this just yesterday for a new 80.

If you look at this , it doesn’t mention it, yet this page references it.

So I’m not entirely sure if it’s something that doesn’t exist yet, or something that was a recipe drop that you can’t get any more, like maybe from LW:S1?

Afak they are only available on some leveling equipment, like cherubs claw but not on lvl 80 gear.

well i hope they bring them to gear before HoT. I think it would work well on revenant.
