Now that FotB has gone with the latest update, where has the fortune scrap vendor gone? I still need to use the fortune scraps i have left over…

Try the Black Lion Weapon Specialists (I can’t recall their exact name). I was able to trade my leftover scraps to them.

The Wiki is missing the Zephyrite Weapon-Skins AND they cost now 5 Black Lion-Ticket instad of 1 as during the Event! (may be a bug)

They specifically mentioned everywhere that the 1 ticket price was temporary, and that the weapons would cost 5 tickets afterwards.

Nope, not a bug. Thats what they cost now. It was said when they added the black lion scraps, aetherized was only 1 instead of 5 (or 10 bl scraps and 50 bl scraps), and I think any future ones are 5 as well (though they may do the same thing and have the newest cost 1 for the duration of that event).

Do kite fortunes still drop? I think i have like 150 scraps and kinda wanted another helm.

I haven’t had a kite fortune drop since the start of the patch, but I’ve had the support tickets from cutthroat still drop though.

AFAIK nope, they don’t drop anymore. They might drop again when the bazaar comes back (they did say it was going to be a recurrent event).
