Hi,

Love the game and in general think we have a good community. I have noticed a disturbing trend of toxic posts across the forums and would like to remind those who are posting these toxic remarks to consider your fellow gamer before you do.

It would be a shame to see these forums go the way of those other games, not mentioning any names of course.

Ah so disagreeing with what road the game is going, and explaining what we don’t like about it is rude and hateful? Because that what most of the threads that don’t get closed are like.

Anet basicly screwed the entire GW1 community by saying: “We took everything you loved about GW1 and putted it into a persistant world”. It was anet their own choice, so don’t complain about it.

Its more on the lines that there was a GW1 community that did not want to play any other game then GW1 they where in a holding perspective hoping that more would of been added to GW1 as GW2 was coming out and anet did not. The thing is it was a very big false hope for these players they kind of fooled them self. Now there is a GW game out there but its not GW1 its GW2 and even if they do not wish to play GW2 they hate the idea that there are other games out there that where made by and is part of the GW that is not GW1.

its the truth. when people dont like something they complain and get angry. now you can say that happens even when games are good because you cant please everyone, but the way the complains are increasing, in my opinion, is because this game isnt getting any better.

i share this sentiment to a degree, arena net has made good strides in making the game better, more fun to play and rewarding also but its not sufficient enough yet and honestly a lot more needs to change in order for it to be sufficiently good enough.
