I just found a bunch of these (Found Belongings and Found Heirlooms) on a bank character. Is there anything I can do with these anymore?

Often ANet doesn’t tell us if an item will have a use later. In this case, they specifically warned us to use them before a deadline (that was extended for a few weeks) or lose the opportunity to trade them in.

I don’t think it was ever extended. They said they’d consider extending it by adding the trade-in NPC back for a bit, but never did it.

I ended up with a bunch of them because I’d been farming them with the intent to trade them in just before the deadline (because the event was episodic, taking time off to turn them in meant missing a cycle). But I had to take a family member to the hospital and missed the deadline. I checked the forums every few days for an update for a couple months, but didn’t see anything about an NPC to trade them in.
