I found a browser extension that can invert colours on web pages, to make them less blinding during night time gaming. This is particular issue for GW2 (for me, anyway) because I usually have the Wiki, event timers, forums etc. on a second monitor, and all those pages are blinding white.

Just throwing this post out there as an idea for anyone else who has issues with the annoying brightness of these websites.

I’ll include example screen shot of the wiki.

Interesting enough, macs have that feature built in. Its buried in the preference somewhere, but you can invert the screen display. It is actually a surprisingly useful feature if you’re writing code, as the whole “gigantic white screen in your face for several hours” gets old pretty quickly.

I don’t know if it is on windows 10 either. I suppose a google search can solve that, but I’ll leave that to anyone who cares. What I will say is that watching stuff with inverted colors is pretty cool. People turn into these bright cyan ghostly monsters.

I don’t have opinions. I only have facts I can’t adequately prove.
