Foxfire Cluster Malchor's Leap Farm
It’s not against the rules so long as you do not automate it with a program.
As long as you’re not using a third party program to do the farming for you, it’s completely legal to do.
I don’t think you can get banned for it, but I don’t think your plan is all that reliable. Just because you log out and back in doesn’t mean you automatically get put into a new instance. I think, however, that if you log in with a different character each time your nodes will reset. Maybe I misunderstood and that was what you meant.

Today i had farm some LS achievement and gether some mithril mine near mission entrance, then i had start the mission, did the achieve and after exiting the instance the nod has restart.
I guess even if ill relogin twice in a row for farm FfCl – it worth it. I had start to craft ascended backpiece today and i need lots of FfCl =]

Same map (as in same IP)? Tier 5 nodes also respawn every 2-3 hours.
It’s just playing the game, so it wouldn’t be bannable. There was a mass banning surrounding foxfire awhile ago, but the cases where people were falsely banned was fixed. (There was quite a big number of people actually botting it) So, as long as you are not using a third party program, you have nothing to worry about.

I didn’t say it would never work. I said it wouldn’t work reliably. There is no guarantee that you’ll get a different instance when you come back. The longer you’re away, the greater the chance that your old instance may have been destroyed, so working through the LS increases the odds of getting a different instance. I’ve been able to farm nodes in this manner as little as 15 minutes before, but never less than that. Of course, maybe I’m just unlucky. Your best bet is to park as many high level characters as you can by these nodes and work through them at every opportunity. If you can make it work on a single character, more power to you.
Regardless, your initial question was whether or not this was bannable, and I believe the answer is that you can do this without fearing the ban hammer.

Exactly what i am talking about. I just googled the ways to farm foxfire clusters and found reddit thread about wave of banns. A lot of ppl that didnt use programs to automate the farm got banned.

Actually, you are right =] As i said, ill use relogin untill ill get nobs, it doesnt matter how much time it take.
After all i need 137 of 144 FfCl, this is a lot of gold for me (i dont even have) =]

Yes, they got accidentally banned. It can be hard to tell if someone is actually at their computer, actively farming themselves, or if they’re botting. So, when mass waves of bans happen like that, sometimes there are innocent players caught up in it. However, the innocent players who actually follow up on it and contest it will always be cleared.
