Just wondering if anyone has received any Foxfire clusters from the Elderwood home instance node? I know the drop rate is rare. Though I haven’t received a single one since purchase and I’m going beyond the typical drop rates. Probably just be poor RNG but, thought I’d check on the forums.

I have 4-5 from my home instance. Haven’t had it that long. That’s with taking my extra account in to collect as well, so I guess cut that in half to 2-3 on main account.

You’ve got the nodes on both accounts or you are taking your second account into the first one’s home instance somehow? If you are, how? A second computer or some other way?

Be careful what you ask for
ANet may give it to you.

Yeah, two accounts, two computers, one account with goodies, team up and go in.

Ah. I was hoping for a way to have 2 clients up simultaneously on one computer.

I have 8 now, so I’ve gained 5 over the course of a week of two accounts harvesting every day.

There are ways to have multiple clients up on one computer using 3rd party software.
However, a couple of things to keep in mind…

First, ANet does not condone the use of such programs, and as such, if something bad happens they will very likely not help you.

Second, remember one very important thing… You can not have both accounts being controlled at the same time with the same keyboard commands.
For example, if you press the button to have your character jump, then only one character should jump. Not both characters on both accounts.
One button press equals one action on one character. That’s the general gist of what Anet allows.

This is all probably pretty obvious stuff, I know, but I think it still good to have it repeated.

“If half as many people were half as brave in real life as they were online…
… The human race would never have to worry about be oppressed again.”
I think trolls should have their computers smashed. ’Its all part of the game. U mad bro?’

Not a worry for me since I use two computers. The main invites the alt into his party, they enter the instance, main stands there while alt runs around harvesting.

He’s a bit rude though, doesn’t shout out any encouragement or anything. ;P
