I’m trying to get vial of condensed mists from the 0-9 fractal level and I was wondering even if my person reward level is above 9, could I do a lower reward level to try and get this item

Yes you can.
They drop from frac levels 1-9
execpt the rare occasion where ive seen them drop from lv 40+ from aquatic and maw…..but thats a whole nother story

yeah forgot to mention you can downgrade shards to get globs and globs to get mists also

1 shard = 3 globs
1 glob = 3 mists

1 Shard of Crystallized Mists Essence Shard
25 Master’s Salvage Kit
1 Mystic Coin
1 Fractal Relic = 3 globs

1 Glob of Coagulated Mists Essence
1 Mystic Coin
25 Master’s Salvage Kit

Yes. If your personal reward level is 12 and you run a level 8 fractal, your loot will be level 8 (Lesser of the two).

Alternately, you can do level 10+ fractals for a chance at a glob of condensed mists drop and then downconvert that in the MF. I believe it will yield 3 vials.

Well, you should in theory, but even with a booster it’s still more likely to not get one then to actually get one from a run, if my past experiences are any indication. Whether you consider this noticeable is up to you I guess.

Vials/Globs/Shards of condensed mist essence are rare drops. Whether or not MF gear will help you if debatable but if you feel it will help you, use it!
