It’s kind of disappointing that they don’t have the effect that the other weapons sport. Especially considering that the staff looks pretty identical to the hammer which has it.

Same with fractal focus!

Scepter and staff are both used by guardian as well …
Staff will also be used by a medium class.

It doesn’t make sense that those 3 weapons got left out. Was it just oversight?
