Aesthetically, which one do you think looks better in design.

Since I’m a ranger I’m going to have to go with fractal weapons. Let me hear your opinions.

I could see that. I like the Great swords a little better on legendaries.

I want Fractal dagger offhand for my incinerator but it no droppy. :<

Shortbow > Legendary one though, but Slingshot is still superior.

For a Ranger, I can understand where you’re coming from. If you use bows, the Dreamer and Kudzu are not for everyone.

Pure design-wise (not considering things like cost), it is legendary weapons by a landslide. The creativity and variety of particle effects far trumps the simple white mist of most of the fractal weapons. Many of the fractal skins look too much like a pile of rocks cobbled together, which damages the quality of the fractal weapon-set in my opinion.

The Fractal Greatsword looks particularly awful, as if someone crudely pasted a large slab of stone onto a hilt.

Of the very well designed fractal skins, my favorite is the 1H Sword, and even with my extreme affinity for it, I have to admit that Bolt looks far, far more impressive.

I actually love the fractal gs and changed from wanting Twilight to the gs (pursuing Bolt instead). But it depends per weapon. Mace? Pretty dang cool for the fractal weapon. Daggers? Not so much.

Some of the fractal weapons are kinda neat looking but this really isn’t even close.

I actually think the fractal dagger is one of the better ones, constant mist effect along the whole blade that leaves a trail of white as you move, 2 of the glowing, rotating cubes, and most importantly clear idea what weapon it is while looking at it.

The only fractal weapons I’d ever think about using would be the rifle and the torch (just because it has a blue flame).

All of the other skins are very ugly in my opinion.

Legendaries… do you even need to ask?
