Are fractal weapons going to get ascended stats, I mean it makes sense that fractal weapons get those stats too, since fractals is where you can get ascended items from.

No, fractal weapons never had any stats besides the damage on them.
despite it makes me really sad because i have 1,5 bank slots of them.
I clearly remember a dev saying “they are and will be only skins” :/
