Yep, they just introduced the new streamlined Boosters 2.0 ™.

Now with the ability to add more clutter to your bank since they don’t stack with the old ones.

I just don’t need any more boosters, my bank is full of boosters. I just wanted that they fix that bug with making new character and loose all your GW1 Achievements and titles and…. you know. But no….. I got boosters instead.
