Getting this to spawn is harder than crafting a tier one legendary.
Just change the timer already, or change to other events. Not everyone can spend hours waiting for RNG when we have already invested gold into the collection (II,III) and money into the expansion.
It spawns about every 3 hours… I got mine a few weeks ago at about 1pmish central time
