Does anyone know what’s making the frosty aura on the guy in the center???

Looks like it might be his fractal capacitor.

More likely the bow than the capacitor. The capacitor glow is whiter.

Apparently it’s a glitch with the legendary spear. The aura shown is the spear’s aura when underwater, and for some reason I saw it when on land…
