Guild Wars 2

So recently I’ve found out that a decent sized guild in Blackgate has transferred off onto another server. Since that happened the server still reads as full and it doesn’t really make sense. Aren’t the server populations based on WvW population? If so then why is it still full?

They are no longer using minute to minute changes in population but long ranged averages of all the people on a server who are playing in WvW. It will take a while for the average numbers to drop enough to show up on the server population.

Because some of the servers were above the level regarded as “full” when the adjustments to population capacity were made.

Because that guild didn’t matter, obviously.
