they readded the option to buy fused weapons because of the offchance that there were still unused fused weapon tickets, they same goes for winters day and jade weapons. but it’s unlikely that they will reintroduce the fused weapon tickets with the way the living story is progressing, maybe some time after the living story.

you should probably reread what he wrote. He never said you could buy it, he said that not everybody used up their fuse weapon tickets.

I for example, have not used up 3 of my 5 jade tickets and probably wont for a long time.
