Probably because they were one of the first ticket-exclusive weapon sets and haven’t been available outside of the TP since the first year of the game, so they’re very expensive.

By the way you need to go to a special NPC in Evon’s headquaters to buy the skins, they are not at the regular BLTC skin trader.

Well i can’t afford to spend 100+ dollars on gems so it seems after 4 years I still won’t be getting one.

If you only want the achievement points you’d be much better off waiting. The prices will drop as more people get these and other sell off ones they’ve been saving.

At least they are back in. 4 tickets is just completely unnecessary I agree, especially given how hard tickets are to get, but I guess we at least have the option to buy one for 500g each.

4 tickets is a bargain. Be glad it’s not 7 per skin like it used to be for returning sets that haven’t been available for a while. This set also cost 7 tickets per skin the last time they were available.

If I understand the blog correctly they are only back for a limited time. So I dont expect the price to drop enough to be worth waiting.

4 tickets seems spot on. Buy offers for e.g. the sword have dropped from 900g and above last week to 400g and below this week. That makes these returning skins worth approximate 100g/ticket, which is roughly the value of BL tickets for coveted skins, upon introduction. (Many recent skins have been worth far less, but then they haven’t been praised as much as the Fused skins, even though I’m not a fan myself.)

And what of the Zodiac skins? Some of those were well over 1000g also, yet when they were re-introduced, they dropped drastically. The longbow, for example, dropped from nearly 2000g to where it is now at under 200g.
The 4 ticket price is just gouging based on the upcoming living story location. If we were headed into the northern shiverpeaks, it would be totally different.

I like the longbow skin and have considered buying it , but I think I will hold out for a while and see where the price goes.
Welp, that would have been a good ticket investment. Unfortunately I’ve blown almost all my tickets on Bloodstone weapons…
It’ll probably go up after the initial burst of tickets get burned up. I doubt most people have 4 tickets or more just lying around to trade for fused.
I wished it was cheaper than 4 tickets/400g but if I look at it objectively, I am getting 16 highly coveted skins for the price of 1.5 legendary weapons which isn’t too bad I guess.

Well the whole purpose of BL weapon skins is to sell keys because someone is placing those skins on the TP and they only come from tickets which you, mainly, get from chests that you need keys for. With the key farm all but dead (once a week), someone is buying lots of keys.
