I don’t know what others think but I think that having Varesh Ossa or some other Dervish character from GW1 Nightfall as a future Revenant legend would be cool because it would give Revenant players access to Dervish-like skills. I’ve noticed many people talk about wanting a Dervish profession to return to GW2. My question is would this make a good future Revenant legend?

I hate to shoot down your idea, but what you’re suggesting seems a bit redundant. Probably cuz the Revenant is basically supposed to be a heavy-armored Dervish IIRC.

Now if it’s new legends you’re looking for, I was thinking Pyre Fierceshot as a “Legendary Outcast Stance” that grants access to the longbow, and also perhaps Snaff/Oola as a “Legendary Golemancer Stance” that grants access to a focus.

Honestly, Revenant doesn’t feel much like a Dervish. If anything feels like it in terms of animations and movement, the Reaper Shroud is closest.

You’re ideas seem pretty good. Pyre and Snaff would make good legends. Now if the Revenant got a torch like the Warrior who would the Revenant summon as a legend then?

Well, there’s always the obvious choices of the original Guild Wars party.

Master Togo: legendary ritualist stance.
Could be cool with scepter and spirits as upkeep skills. And oh yeah, Dragon Empire Rage would be an epic elite.

As said above, Dhuum and Palawa Joko sound nice, but I guess they won’t work since they are not actually dead.. (Imagine fighting Joko in a future expansion using Joko stance :/)
