I don’t think they will make one…they don’t want to scare ppl with such “awesome feature” like megaserver and make us leave the game too soon…

I would be very surprised if we see any more such blogs, due to the trash talk that resulted from the last one. I highly doubt we will get much in the line of communication beyond ‘this is what we’re rolling out, and it’s set for this date’ anymore.

Don’t look at me like that. Whatever you’ve heard, it’s probably not true.

But they really need to. Because of the LS, GW2 has really become a game that’s very dependent on fast updates, because there really isn’t much core content beyond the vanilla game.

I don’t doubt we’ll see some info on the upcoming LS season…. soon. Probably sometime between Mid and end of May. Even if it’s only just teasers, but Colin did say in like the most recent interview (he was demoing patch stuff in it) that their next big focus is the China launch. That’s going to be eating up their time, and we know that we won’t see LS2 until after China goes live (in May I believe).

However, the OP was talking about something like Colin’s last ‘looking ahead’ blog, where they were giving us insight as to what projects they were working on and projected deadlines. Several of which didn’t make their deadlines for various reasons (legendary trinkets, crafted precursors, etc). The resulting uproar after the first of the year in response to that is why they won’t likely do anything like that again.

Don’t look at me like that. Whatever you’ve heard, it’s probably not true.
