Disclaimer: This is in no way an attempt to advertise for my guild.

I feel like I have reached a block for my guild.
I feel like I have provided my guild with everything I can think of; as a guild leader this is a very uncomfortable feeling.

1. We are maxed out on Guild Merits.
2. We can have all the guild buffs up all the time.
3. We have an extremely active Teamspeak Community; often pushing 50+ members online at a time.
4. We host public guild missions for all commendations multiple times a week for multiple time zones. (We get groups of 120+ coming to our guild missions right at reset)
5. We organize our server’s Tequatl kill (it used to be daily until last week, now it is weekly).
6. We have a very active PvP community with multiple PvP teams going at a time.
7. We have an establishing WvW community; we have many experienced WvW commanders who work with my members to teach them tactics.
8. Our website is being custom built right now by a very experienced programmer.
9. We have a guild minecraft server up and running with 10-15 active players.
10. We have regular events and fun things that we do together.
11. We have days in which we take breaks from Guild Wars and play another game together.
12. We never run out of dungeons to run.
13. We have our own guild custom arena which is currently a PvP 1 v 1 dueling arena.

We are currently doing this with 150 active members.

What else can I provide to my guildies to make our community a better place?
What other things can I do with my guildies that we don’t do already?
Are there ideas of any events or fun activities I can do with my guildies?

You could do what TNO does and higher on a digital artist to create original fan art for your guild and members and pay them in gold. To give you an idea, TNO pays 8drawr (now inactive) 100g per hour-long concept piece. That’s what I was offered by them as well. If your guild has the cash from taxes or whatever, I’d say it’s definitely worth it to get your name out there and become more than “just a guild”.

Food for thought – you could organize a real life meet and greet / party / event.

I like this idea, I might implement this to work with our guild website, but I don’t see the practical application for something like that (especially for that price).

Every guild I have joined thus far always lacks the same thing and yours seems to be the same.

A dedicated group effort to set and break records and explore the game and it’s mechanics to the fullest. Constantly test and retest builds and items in various situations with the goal of being the most efficient. Most guilds just lack the drive to be the best and settle for ok.

I’m willing to bet there are a few in your guild that are looking for such an outlet. Give it to them along with the recognition that goes along with it.

Having all the great things that your guild has is great, but there’s a social aspect to a guild that might be something to have fun with, without the overhead of having to accomplish something epic.

How about design a contest for your guild? An example would be an epic scavenger hunt crossing the whole of the known zones. The winner gets a reward or a guild title or whatever else you can imagine.

Have a costume ball or a beach party… sometimes doing nothing is just as fun as doing something.

make a synchronized dance video for your website…

set a goal of making sure everyone in the guild has (X) AP.

Invade LA with your entire guild just to make everyone else go “ooh, aah…”

We used to hold “Hide-and Seek” events with the guild in which everyone would find a hiding space and then we would start with one seeker and everyone who would get caught would also become a seeker.

My guild has been doing naked Wednesdays. This week it was naked jumping puzzles. :P
