Hey there. Im not really the forum type so this will be my first post ever.

unfortunately its gonna be a slightly negative one because I’ve experienced some really irritating and annoying issues with the game lately.

Il give a short sum up of what I mean:

1: Dungeon waypoints:
I really dont know what happend here since the latest patch/update but since awhile now people are unable to resurect when their party is either still in combat in a dungeon or limping about clining for their dear digital life…
I can understand that maybe there should be like a cooldown or timer on it so players wont be able to zerg a boss or something but its really ridiculous that we cant do anything when we get knocked out.

2: Dungeon AUTO KICK:
Whenever one of our fellow party members disides to either switch to another character, log out, or just get disconnected. the instance will most of the time kick out the remaining players that were either waiting for their fellow member to come back or get a new one to fill his/her spot.
Also, wich hardly needs mentioning….the instance resets completely!

3: Servers:
It may be because of the new
“hop on to the server with highest population or pay to get there” campaign that GW2 started but I really feel this should be atleast mentioned.
why is the population so incredibly divided and dispersed. some servers are filled with players while others have hardly anything happening or anyone to do anything with!?
Its fine that some people prefer their server over another but am I really supposed to pay just so I can enter a new playable server.
(And yes Im aware guesting is around before you mention it.)

isin’t there something like a server merge that could be done for some of the less populated ones to increase the numbers and activity?

Please let me know what you think on how the game could maybe fix these problems

I only posted this to make my issues heard so that they can be used as either advice or critisism.

1. Yeah they did change that with the latest patch. It forces people to reason every move instead of rez rushing. For inexperienced/uncoordinated groups this could be frustrating I can imagine.

2. If the party leader leaves, the rest of the group gets kicked from dungeon.

3. A lot of people relocated to winning WvWvW servers, some did it to finish map completion, especially when they were not only free but also at one point very fast. Not to mention FotM herded a large portion of the population into instanced content via Lion’s Arch. There have been countless suggestions by the community already, at this point, it’s a waiting game.

1. This is a confirmed change, it’s not a bug

2. No. Even the one that started the dungeon can get out of it without issues. Everyone can get out (to repair if doing Fractals). The only way to get kicked out of a dungeon is if the one that entered the dungeon FIRST changes character. He can still get out and do whatever he want to, he just can’t change character because the dungeon is character bound, not account bound.
