Guild Wars 2

When will the 3rd book be released? I thought I read somewhere that the third book would be released shortly before or shortly after release of the game. Where is it?

I also remember ArenaNet either supporting, or creating an app for andriod/iOS/everything else that would allow players to see guild chat, maps, and where friends/guild members were on those maps? Whatever happened to this? I saw a 3rd party made an APP for iOS, but not supported by any other platforms.

Also waiting for that 3rd book ANet. Amazon has it listed for Feb in 2013 I believe.

Speaking of books, it would be cool if there eventually came out GW2 comic books, with that lovely artwork. Would be a cool way to explain the story and lore too.
