Guild Wars 2

Hey all!

So after playing this game for almost a year I have met a few new friends, spent way more time than I would like to acknowledge playing / reading about the game and watching videos, listening to podcasts, etc. My guess is that quite a few of us out there have made this game a part of our lives and would like to meet up with like minded people and thank the devs.

Now that we are nearing the game’s first year anniversary, is there any talk about having a gw2 convention? How cool would it be to meet your favorite podcasters, hang out with your guild and finally meet that thief from another server who ganked you right after a fight then laughed and danced. Personally, I’d be looking forward to the winged armor cosplay

I sure would be interested. I started a thread a day or two back about the same thing.

It would be interesting….. why don’t u start the convention. Ask for donations from the gw2 community, I’ll definitely donate.

I don’t think the game is nearly popular enough for its own convention. Maybe an ncsoft convention, especially with the upcoming wildstar to add to their list.
