Do anet consider selling essential edition of the game, like core game with unlocked TP, mail, chat, elite specs and new stat combo, but no new maps, masteries, glide, mounts, raids, LS and etc? I mean I am really not interested on those grinding. Don’t want to spend money on that. Don’t even want to play them if you give it to me free, especially when I have alt acc.

Elite specs (and stats) are tied to expacs. You can buy HoT for US$30 or PoF for US$30 (or both for US$50). The core game is no longer available as a stand-alone product, because it’s already free-to-play.

ANet wants you to buy and play in the expac areas; there’s no incentive for them to offer some variation of half the features that would encourage people to buy HoT or PoF.

You can buy the core game on Amazon, and probably a few other places. But the price is about the same as HoT so you’re probably better off just buying that.

You can always ignore anything you don’t want to do.
