Mounts will be a big help for people that are and still going for the world map completion.. With the world this big going afters hearts, point of interests, vistas..
I think you forgot one. Waypoints.

Having waypoints and movement skills and swiftness is much better than mounts anyway
I almost want to see mounts just so I can outpace mounted people and laugh at them

If you are talking about land mounts we knida have brooms, carpets and stuff like that. If you want to walk faster there are skills for that and you can use waypoints. If you are talking about flying mounts, do you think it would be fair to just fly to a vista instead of getting there the normal way? or just fly to the end of a jumping puzzle? I think not…
