Please make all the transform tonics tradeable, instead of account bound. It would be a ton of fun to do a prop-hunt in GW2, and have players transform into random props with mystery tonics. Unfortunately, a lot of these tonics are account bound, so we can’t hand them out during events. And this severely limits their use. These are basically only party items anyway, so why make them account bound? I see no reason for it. Please remove that restriction, and allow us to have more fun with these tonics.

Can you still see the name of the players who are transformed? Nice idea though. Can’t you buy them from the tp though?

I’ve got about 170 of those tonics. I’ll never use all of them unless I stand there someday and spam using them. If I could just have the ability to give them away that would be nice. They could be made non account bound but untradeable on the TP if ANet doesn’t want them sold.
