Gw2 have so much action in it in daily bases, every day the Murder an the killing in the game to innocent an non innocent creatures is very high but it feels lifeless no fun at all no proper bleeding an blood effects in the killing blows, one thing that make the game more realistic an funny is wen you kill your foe an see him bleeding. We all play Skyrim an we so how much funny is the killing blows an the finishing strikes an the blood packs. I wan’t you all to tell me what is your opinions in this matter, we need better blood effects in Gw2 an to our swords or not.

This is a global internet game. Different countries have different expectations or laws or moral codes concerning in game violence or blood. Rather than code around these problems or make things different for different countries and territories, it is easier for most to just lower the rating and make it more accepting.

Yes Skyrim is cool in that respect (I have screenie somewhere of my charatcre on a bench with the decapitated head of his enemy rolling underneath), but it is a grittier, more realistic setting. GW2 is not realistic in look and feel and blood would actually be out of place. Blood and gore works where used in appropriate games. This franchise is not one of them.

I, personally, don’t find murder and/or gratuitous blood funny…or even slightly amusing.

But, OP, to fulfill your desire, try this: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Feeding_Frenzy_

Good luck.

Ehh they made the sequel alot less dark than the first one. I dont believe the first one had any bleeding so im positive gw2 had no plans to include it. But hey theres lots of bleeding ui wise with deathly chill ^^

I really don’t feel the need to see the blood spurting from the stab wounds I’ve created. The fact that the bad guy (or bad, evil deer) is dead is generally enough for me.

We all play Skyrim……

Uhh…no, we do not all play that game. Please put that generalizing paintbrush down.

Also, not all of us are this…… bloodthirsty. I certainly don;t see how it will improve the game.

Asura characters: Zerina | Myndee | Rissa | Jaxxi | Feyyt | Bekka | Sixx | Akee | Tylee | Nuumy
| Claara
Your skin will wrinkle and your youth will fade, but your soul is endless.

I don’t get it .. you just want fountains of blood everytime something is killed, just so you feel like your killing? There ARE other games for that. I also don’t get the point, conceptually or technically (that would be very taxing on the game’s graphics)
