Thanks Gaile, i’m very glad after your hard work for costumer support, that you got promoted. We couldn’t have had a better Community manager.

A lot of discipline, always friendly and enthousiast, and ever since you took the job, it’s clear that communication about players opinions to the Arenanet office is going way more smoothly, and I highly suspect this is because Gaile’s Enthousiasm.

You are also a Gw1 veteran + playing Gw2 a lot, with a lot of people. In my opinion that’s important, cause that means you understand the big picture more then people who come to Anet, play gw2 30 min, and go to sleep or friends.

So thank you Gaile, especially for your positive spirit. Keep up the good work. Get that Bifrost ready for your Ranger Druid

I seriously can’t think of anyone off the topic of my head that comes close to being as active and skilled as she is.
