After I purchased God-Slayer Bow skin, my game keep crashing every time I try to pick up the skin from my mail. Anet is it intended? Like your bugged ranked pvp maps?

There is a mail opening bug affecting more than just PvP areas, see the bug subforum for details. They’re working on it.
