Game needs more gimmicks...
Mini fights, fishing, better mini games, things that people actually might want to play.
Personal housing in the mist! I feel like the game doesn’t draw me in to play it anymore. Even with the expansion coming out.I guess what I’m saying is I wish it could be a little more immersive vs “here do the same world boss again and again then log off. K bye cya tomorrow for login rewards.”
There’s literally nothing else to do and the only thing we have to look forward to is more of the same stuff we already have. (More timer based maps, bosses, etc)
Specializations ain’t really doing it for me, nor guild halls seeing how my guild isn’t big. With a week people will beat the expansion and then what?
You’re describing a different mmo sub genre such as sandbox/sandpark games. Guild wars 2 is a action combat theme park mmo, it just goes about a unique way of implementing the same type of content you can find in other themepark mmos.
I think Guild wars 2 does a better job at immersing people in the game with personal stories and living stories compared to other themepark mmos on the market
I mean every themepark MMO on the market does what you describe, they just have different ways of putting their carrot on the stick.
Sadly there is no good sandbox/sandpark MMO on the market that really lets you create your own content to immerse yourself in.
