I think the OP is talking about the Teq and Wurms meta events that are not being done on certain servers.
Large servers don’t do Wurm generally, although Teq is done daily. Your best bet OP is to join TTS or a similar Wurm/Teq raid guild.

I think the point is that no matter what Anet do the players still won’t group or communicate or organise in general like you’d expect them to do in an MMO. There is a lot of that but there is a vast amount of selfish play and solo play. Which can be seen in any MMO I’ve ever played. Not everyone wants to group.

I played on a UE server this night: desolation which includes several players from several servers. This is the only still active server regularly this kind of boss
The problem is more players are only interested in the loot without any effort and it’s the same thing on my server.
A great majority is there for the loot and let others do the job for them. The principle of an MMO is to play together, right?
The game is spirited to simplify and much lazy players.

And yes the game is simple and does a bit to foster laziness but you can’t help what other people do.

Many players say what to do, the problem is that many cares.
You think Anet could punish 100 players? We already have no Master Game on the map.
If only they could leave their design stage and come participate in their own creation with the players, it would not be a bad idea and to talk with them.
