Do gem cards still work? If I were to go to Best Buy and put $20 into a gem card, where do I redeem it?

Yes, they still work. In game, open up the gem store, and right at the top left, there is a spot that says “Redeem Code”.

I believe there’s a redeem button on the TP screen in the Gem Store panel up where your gems are listed.
