Are the cosmetic armors from the gem store single use?

Afraid so. The description says they can only be applied once per item and are consumable.

Not sure if they can be transmuted, but if they could that would undermine further gemstore sales so I would expect not.

yes i believe so.

use them carefully.

They transmute just fine, I even retested it to make sure.

You can put them on an armor for free, then you have to use a transmutation stone if you want to put them on something else after.
