Since Arenanet seems keen on monetizing this game, I figured we could all do them a favor by making a thread of suggestions for things we would spend money on, so they know what would make the most profit. I’ll start with a few suggestions of my own.
Personal Super Adventure Box- 800 Gems:
Miss the old arcade version of the Super Adventure Box? Now you don’t have to! For the price of just 800 gems, you can have your very own Super Adventure Box in your home instance, accessible any time of the year!
Ghostly Scavenger- 800 Gems:
Tired of getting loot bags dropped by you in WvW after you’re already dead, which you can’t loot because your zerg wipes and you have to waypoint back to base? For just 800 gems, you can hire a ghostly scavenger to follow you around and pick up your bags for you, so you can pick everything up from him after you respawn!
Anonymizing Agent-400 Gems:
Sick of loot drops that you can’t use, but also can’t sell because of soulbinding? Or perhaps you want to sell your old armor after changing up your build? Well now, for just 400 gems per 25-use purchase, you can remove that pesky soulbinding or account-binding and place those goods right back onto the market!
Mystic Plunger- 800 Gems:
Frustrated with the mystic forge? Devastated at having thrown your valuable items in and received nothing of value? Fear not! Now, for just 800 gems per 25-use purchase, you can use the mystic plunger on the mystic forge to undo your previous forging!
NPC Leash- 800 Gems:
Sick of NPC’s in your story missions forgetting how to walk, blocking your story progress and forcing you to restart? Now, for just 800 gems, you can use a leash on Trahearne, Zojja, Rytlock, or any other friendly story NPC to forcibly drag them around the level- ideally, into the trigger area for the story quest, so you can continue the story.
Endless Lipstick Tonic- 1000 Gems:
Upset about the latest patch? Maybe your favorite profession got heavily nerfed, Arenanet added a new bug which won’t be fixed for a while, a new “feature” made the game less enjoyable, or maybe something you really hoped would be fixed by now was, once again, ignored. Whatever issue you have with the new patch, this tonic won’t fix it. However, next time a patch rolls around, you can at least make yourself look pretty before Arenanet gives you the new update.
