I was wondering is grenth hood, toxic mantle and toxic gloves coming back to the gem store? I would love to buy them immediately when they come out.

Most items get rotated in and out of the gem store a couple of times a year.
GW2 has its 3 year annivrsary at the end of the month and there will propably be lots of sales for a couple of weeks.
