Many players have found that completely logging out of the game, and then back in allows the Gems purchased to show. (Sometimes it takes a few minutes.)

If you just want to let the devs know you’re better off submitting a support ticket (link at the top of the page). They’re unlikely to see this, especially on a Saturday.

It would probably be helpful to put more detail in as well. For example did you get a confirmation that your purchase had been successful? (You should get a pop-up in-game as soon as the purchase completes and an email to the address you registered the game with, which might take longer to show-up.) Did/do the gems show up on the gem store tab or in your wallet? Is it only the transfer window where they don’t appear?
