Gems to Transfer server
They returned to the price they where before the WvW season. It is the same as far as I know to transfer within NA/EU as between those, you can see all the servers under the transfer tab in the loading screen
When on the Character Select screen, click the drop-down menu for Worlds, and choose either NA, EU or Both (or All…I don’t remember). Select the World of your choice and then choose transfer.
