I do not think the price on this particular bundle depends on owning part. It lists on the store for 1200 gems for me even though I already have the outfit, glider, and mail carrier.
The bundle of items that includes a cloth rack and shared slot, on the other hand, does pro-rate those items out of the cost.

There seem to be a number of items in the Promotions tab with limited time left in the store just now. Zodiac armor has 21 hours left, various infinite tools have 5-6 days, various hats/fuzzy backs have 2-5 days (including Glowing Crimson Mask and Top Hat). I shan’t step on AP’s toes by giving full details, just wanted to drop in a heads up in case s/he is otherwise occupied today.
This is a note to comment that “Canach’s outfit” mentioned in the game release notes is the Verdant Executor outfit, as there seems to be some confusion. It has a male and female version and is not a new outfit but the return of an outfit that has been previously released.
