Good day

I am wondering if there is any way of getting Mad Memoires- Complete Edition from my old account to my main one. I did a test with the inferior version of mad memoires on a Soulbound on Use back item, but transmuting it made it soulbound anyway.
Are there any back items that are less than green quality? Is there a way of moving an entire character to a different account, paid or otherwise? Is there some sort of account merge or anything like that?

No.

There is no way to merge one account from another, to move characters from one to another, or to move soul/account bound items to another account. Sorry!

If you want to move a soulbound item from one character to another on the same account, that is possible, using Transmutation Stones/Crystals and a low-level (white rarity) back item. I’m not super familiar with the process, however, so I’m not sure what exceptions (possibly Mad Memoires?) exist or where to go about finding white back items.
