Guild Wars 2

I just killed The Shatterer for the first time earlier today. From hearing in general chat he spawns once every three hours. I was only level 41 when I fought him but I have gained a few since then. I also only got the bronze medal. Is it possible to get the chest a second time or is there a limit on when you can get it? Will getting a higher medal give better rewards if not?

I’ve done it twice… both times got the chest. If you don’t see the chest, it either bugged on you or you didn’t participate enough. Gold medals both times for me.
