Do you get better chances if you complete higher even dailies?

I am on Scale 11 but have been doing Scale 10 for daily chance to get ring, but after 10 days in a row I have yet to get a ring.

I know it is RNG when it comes to rings.

I am wondering if I do 12, 14, 16, etc. do you get better chances to get a ring?

I did 4 dailies. 10 →12 →10 → 10.

Only the first one did I not get a ring. RNG is random.

Keep grinding. You might eventually get one.

According to devs, chance within tier (so at 10, 12, 14, 16, 18) is exactly the same.
