Q:

Hi guys I’m fairly new to this game and I’m not sure if I posted this in the right section. But I’m trying to learn the game and I’m wondering about how can I get to max level fast? Should I explore all maps even if it’s a low level one or should I just go to the places where my level fits?

Map exploration definitely helps earn xp. I also used to do a lot of events around release to get xp. Once you hit level 30, do AC because that’s practically a free level right there. I think they nerfed xp gain on multiple runs though.

AC Explorable isn’t terribly hard for experienced players and you may find groups will to take you once you hit level 35 and that can be an easy way to gain multiple levels.

Once you hit 40, do CM. Yadda yadda yadda.

If you had the money, though, crafting I hear is the easiest way to get to 80.

Explore everywhere. Personally, I will do every race’s low level map before I move up. It will help you learn the game and I find you get great XP from exploring and getting all the WPs, POIs, vistas, hearts, and doing all the dynamic events along the way. You can craft for some levels, but personally, I feel that costs a lot of gold for not a big return. I also suggest that you can use XP boosters, if you don’t mind spending some gems on that. Once you get up to dungeon level, you can do those. Run a quick, easy dungeon (like CoF path 1) usually will get you one level, plus gold.

If you are new to the game, I can advise you not to worry too much about getting to max level asap. There is nearly nothing at lvl 80 that is not already doable at lower levels.
Just enjoy and learn the game, lvl 80 will come to you soon enough.

Levelling is very easy in this game in general since almost everything you do gives XP.

You can always go back to places that are lower level and still find a reasonable challenge. The XP you get there is probably a bit lower than in maps of your own level, but not too much.

Crafting will get you there in a few hours, depending on how organized you are

Another player who is going to rush to 80 then come back and say he’s bored.

Kenn, for your sake, please don’t rush. Play the game and enjoy it, because like others have said, there is not much at all you can do at 80 that you can’t do below it.

The end game is scattered throughout the levels. There is not much you NEED 80 to do so there is no real point in rushing there.

If you are new to the game, DON’T RUSH TO 80.

focus on exploring the world and the mechanics.. if you start your experience by chasing a number, you’ll never get out of that pattern.
