I have been looking around on a lot of forums, and haven’t gotten much help, but is it still possible to get Gift of Heroes

it is saying I need WvW Tournament Claim Tickets (200)
The wiki didn’t help me answer how to get those, as all I got out of it was that the tickets were no longer obtainable.

you get them by compteing in WVW tournaments (seasons), however there hasn’t been one in a while. hopefully with all the changes & effort they are putting into wvw these days there may be a new tournament on the horizon.

Ah, well. There likely won’t be any more Tournaments (as stated recently by the Devs). Tickets, though, or the upgraded weapons may be offered in Reward Tracks, or something similar, in the future.

You get tickets from wvw tournaments. Last tournament ended on October 10, 2014. Gift is unobtainable.

Didn’t ANet say that they were going to make mistforged weapons available through another mechanism (which apparently is likely to be a new reward track)? I’m guessing that after the current PvP tourney ends and LS3 gets underway that we’ll see some sort of “Living Tournament” in WvW.

The Mistforged weapons are now available in a WvW track. The Hero version is not.
