Guild Wars 2

do I need to have weaponsmith & chef at 400 in order to craft these objects ? I tried doing it in artificing since I’m already +450 on there but it wont let me craft it, and neither does the mystic forge allow it.

I’m about a 100g away now from reaching my first legendary and I’m super excited for it, It would be quite dissapointing to have to spend another 30-50 gold just to level these mastery’s.

weaponsmith is also not that expensive , if you’re willing to run around mining the ores. use the cheap fine crafting mats for inscriptions. http://gw2crafts.net/weaponcraft.html
