Guild Wars 2

I don’t know how to call this but the extremely annoying guy (or girl in the Beta map that speaks as if she had her tongue severed and a hot potato in her mouth) that keeps yelling that your base in under attack, that you’ve taken a certain point and so on. I played GW2 core beta and only 1-2 weeks after release before quitting. I got back into this game about 2-3 weeks ago and I enjoy it. I mostly do PvP but these commentators are really getting on my nerves and I don’t see any option to mute them. I understand that for a new player, it can be helpful if they have no map awareness to know what’s going on but once you’re used to these types of games, it’s just plain irritating to have them yell the same thing in your ears nonstop.

English also is my 2nd language and I don’t get why the new commentators on the beta map have to sound so terrible… if you want to make them sound like foreigners, just make them speak words they’re actually capable of pronouncing in a different tongue.
