Can anyone confirm the stats it gives for the exotic version, specifically boon duration?

Google solved a lot of the same questions for me, but I believe the actually Tough/HP varies depending what piece of gear it is, but the Boon Dur is always 1%

so: full 6 piece armor, 6% increase,

There is also jewelry as well I believe
