I am a bit confused. I recently saw this item Glacial Lonestone and Im wondering what its purpose is and how one can acquire it. What exactly can I craft with it? Is it maybe related to legendary weapons as there are quite similiar items out there having a “lodestone” prefix?

currently at 20 silver ish and if they are to be like other 400 crafting mats they will end up at around 60-90s each BUY BUY BUY.
