May be a case of bad luck, but before the patch I used to use Black Lion Salvage Kits to salvage lvl 76+ rares to obtain ecto’s. Usually I would get at least the same amount of ecto’s as the amount of rares I salvaged, or more. However, since the patch I have used a whole set of Black Lion Salvage Kits on the same type of items with less than half the amount of ecto’s previously.

To clarify: (All using Black Lion Salvage Kits)

Before Patch
25 Rares ~ 25 Ecto’s

After Patch
25 Rares ~ 12 Ecto’s

Also I have yet to receive more than 1 ecto.

Only Perception.

Yeah guess it was just bad luck. Just tried another 25 and got loads of 3 ecto’s. My bad.
