How do I get them aside from Gem Shop in a reliable manner? I have completed over half my dailies since release and every monthly, and I have ever gotten one of these as a drop from daily.

Would like to make my Quip but am a bit anti cash shop at the moment with the Mini scandal that is currently going on.

Which is crap, every other Legendary that I am aware of does not require items that are not farmable or craftable to some extent. Shouldnt have to use the Cash Shop ever to complete ingame item.

Yes you should. You are paying no monthly fee to maintain this game.

I have to laugh. I just wonder if some people think maintaining their box purchase is free from the magical fairies somehow.

I agree with you Kromsin that they shouldn’t put gem shop items as requirements for legendaries, it’s used for the moot as well. Sadly I don’t know any other way to get it I’m afraid. At least you only need to spend 20g on gems and not 400g on charged lodestones :P

i got my 5 boxes o’ fun for 3g at black friday (and im sure a lot of ppl got them for nothing at lauch)

Items like the “Box of Fun” should be much cheaper and easier to obtain in the game. They fun little activities that anyone can take part in and brings a fun festive atmosphere to the game.

Anet should expand on the “Box of Fun”, by creating different themed versions.
